Upon entering the gates of this estate, you are greeted with bright, twinkling lights. It warms our hearts - Christmas is here!
Since it 'tis the season of giving, we are taking you on a special holiday tour of this French Country-inspired home. The 2nd phase of its renovation is nearly completed, including a full remodel of the kitchen, catering kitchen, and living room. In fact, the range hood was installed a few weeks ago and the antiqued breakfast room chairs were delivered just a few days into December - right in time for the holidays!

Piano Room
A cozy collection of nutcrackers sit upon the baby grand piano, illuminated by the gorgeous Christmas tree.
Living Room
The light and refreshing living room is adorned with sentimental nutcrackers, elves, and festive accent pillows. The custom mantel from Materials Marketing is truly the star of this space.
Kitchen and Breakfast Room
Custom Woodmode cabinets play host to some playful Christmas Elves! It is so fun to wander throughout the kitchen and discover where these little guys are hiding.
Catering Kitchen
A hot cocoa bar? Yes, please! This stunning catering kitchen is complete with garland, elves, and charming holiday decor.
Sunroom
The sophisticated Sunroom is decorated with cooling blue-greys and snowy whites. It is so soothing - transporting us to a snowy, white Christmas in the French countryside. The custom Materials Marketing fireplace is dressed with owls and garland, complimenting the lovely tree...Though, Paisley, the sassy kitty has to be the best accessory! Perfectly matching this pretty room.
This Cypress home is so warm, cozy, and inviting. We hope the little glimpse of Christmas on Kluge has you in the Holiday Spirit. I know for us, just stepping foot into this lovely home brought a smile to our faces.
