This ‘New-Fashioned’ ranch house puts a modern twist on the rustic architecture of the surrounding neighborhood. The homeowners came to By Design Interiors, Inc. with the goal of creating a home that would stand apart from the rest! Designer, Ayca Stiffel, dove into creating a modernized ranch-style home with unorthodox shapes, textures, and finishes.

The result is a home with so much character, defined with components of natural limestone, reclaimed oak flooring, plastered walls, and subtle hints of glamour. It’s a harmony of natural, rough materials and sleek, refined finishes.
