Flirty Florals Part 1

Flirty Florals Part 1

Flirty floral patterns have been blooming everywhere in interiors including; wallcoverings, fabrics, window treatments, rugs, accessories and even lighting! From large scale prints to old school vintage inspired botanicals, these florals have been reinterpreted to look updated and fresh and they can be incorporated in a variety of interior styles from classic to contemporary! This week we will explore the floral trend on soft goods!

If you have a relatively neutral room but want to bring in a bit of drama with pattern and color, what better way than an area rug? These floral rugs will make a bold and beautiful statement and their modern stylized designs will keep them current!

Using an upholstered chair or bench in a room can add the perfect contrast to solid sofas. As you can see these fabrics are full of life in both large and small scale pattern!

We love how the wall screen behind the headboard ties into the exquisite bench at the foot of the bed!

This pretty chair fabric is like a watercolor painting, giving the subtle impression of florals.

Window treatments are another great place to introduce florals into a space! This gorgeous little desk nook has the perfect balance of pattern and color and the window treatments give it a flirty feminine feel!

I am really enjoying the theme/design of your web site.
Do you ever run into any web browser compatibility problems?
A small number of my blog audience have complained about my site not
operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari.
Do you have any solutions to help fix this issue?
